Vice President JD Vance says the U.S. must stop spending the American people’s money on garbage

Vice President JD Vance spoke at the Conservative Political Action Conference in Washington , D.C. , on Thursday morning .

He detailed the Trump administration’s focus on cutting government waste and allowing the U.S. economy to flourish.

“We’re going to make it affordable to live in this country again,” he said.

Vance reiterated a point he has made during previous interviews that lowering prices for the American people is “going to take some time”.
