Delta Airlines is offering $ 30,000 payments to all passengers from Flight 4819 that crash-landed and flipped upside down.

The one -time payment “has no strings attached and does not affect rights,” a Delta spokesperson said.

If all 76 passengers opted to take the offer, the airline would be forking over close to $2.3 million .
