Video footage shows the moment a Delta flight crashed on the tarmac in Toronto

The CRJ-900 flight from Minneapolis -St. Paul International Airport flipped over on Monday .

The landing gear snapped off and the plane's right wing hit the ground and was torn off, causing the plane to roll and turn upside down.

Twenty-one of the 80 passengers and four crew members were transported to hospitals after the accident.
