Dear Good Job: My boss is a terrible driver and I'm afraid one of our trips to see a client is going to end in tragedy.

How can I broach this with him without getting on his bad side? I would use a teeny tiny white lie the next time you’re scheduled to get in a car with him.

Dear Sail Off: Someone has to pick up the slack. I deeply appreciate and respect this employee but am growing resentful of my increasing workload. I don’t begrudge them a leisurely stroll to the exit. There will be no hiring until their position is vacated, so I find myself doing more and more as they do less and less.
