The project is led by Josh Whitehouse , who worked for the first Trump administration.

The American Accountability Project created a “DHS Bureaucrat Watchlist’s’ names of important career employees at the Department of Homeland Security .

The group says the list is aimed at thwarting conservative initiatives in the new administration.

The list is a step further, tracking mid-upper-level operatives who it believes might thwart their new boss.
