Hospital staff failed to treat her miscarriage, then accused her of a crime

Brittany Watts went to a local hospital seeking help when she began bleeding at 21 weeks pregnant.

Instead of receiving treatment, she was left untreated for more than 10 hours .

When she miscarried at home, hospital staff accused her of harming her fetus.

A grand jury later declined to indict Watts , but she filed a lawsuit against the hospital.
