Khloe Kardashian shared a clip of LA Fire Chief Kristin Crowley discussing a $17.5 million budget cut to her department.

In the clip, Crowley told a Fox 11 reporter that the city failed her department. The reality star wrote, “I stand by YOU Chief Crowley !!!!
