'Police Academy' star Steve Guttenberg describes the terrifying scenes of the Palisades Fire in Southern California

Steve Guttenberg is helping move cars out of the way in order for incoming fire trucks to make their way to battle the Palisades Fire in Southern California .

The 66-year-old actor pleaded with people who had abandoned their cars during evacuation to leave their keys behind so they could be moved to allow first responders into the area.

He said he had friends on the hill in the line of fire who he said “can’t evacuate cause they are stuck” behind cars that are blocking the road.
