I’m on the congestion-zone border — where Hochul’s toll makes our air WORSE

Gov. Hochul forged ahead with her unpopular congestion pricing plan on Sunday , promising on X, “Less gridlock, cleaner air’s cleaner air.” But for whom? LZ Granderson says residents of Lenox Hill in the East 60s are not happy with congestion pricing.
