The Paris Accords are UNABLE TO MEANINGFULLY ALTER THE GLOBAL CLIMATE. It’s a waste of money and a useless feel-good exercise. The recent jump in temperature should be a nail in the coffin of the man-made climate change pushers for it proves it has to be water vapor linked. The combination of the strong El Nino and Tonga blasting the most measurable amounts of water vapor in the air led to the rise.
