A 36-year-old man from Edmonton with ties to Operation Stream , an international child sexual exploitation operation, was arrested by ALERT ’s internet child exploitation (ICE) unit last month .

ALERT received information from the National Child Exploitation Crime Centre ( NCECC ) and Europol that a man had access to an online streaming service to one of the largest platforms in the world for sharing child sex abuse materials.

The man was charged with possessing child pornography, accessing child pornography and distributing child pornography.
