NYC police commissioner reveals what's behind city's crime decline in recent months

New York Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch says crime in New York City is definitely on the decrease for the past several months .
Tisch: We create zones in the city where we see pockets of violence and disorder and we flood those zones with cops.
In New York City , we are facing a higher during crisis for police and I think this is something that police departments around the country are feeling and experiencing as well.
I attribute it attribute a lot of it to the anti police and the defunding the police movements made people less interested in becoming police officers in this country.
The mayor has given me full support to hire as many cops as we can hire and fined.
