Ukraine 's president says Putin 's vow to stop strikes on energy infrastructure is "very much at odds with reality" Russian drones reported over Kyiv , Zhytomyr, Sumy, Chernihiv , Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk , and Cherkasy regions.
