Rep. Cory Mills is being investigated over allegations that he assaulted a 27-year-old woman, who is not his wife, on Feb. 19 at an apartment building in Washington , D.C. A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police Department said the force sent an arrest warrant for Mills to the U.S. Attorney’s office on Friday , adding that the office never signed the document.
