Mraiche-led company made $300K in three months on land sale to Alberta government, defends deal as a 'very traditional' transaction

68% Informative
A numbered company led by MHCare founder Sam Mraiche netted a $ 300,000 profit after it sold a west Edmonton parcel of land to the provincial government just three months after purchasing it.
The numbered company says it bought the land for a non-governmental client, and was drawn to the property because it leased parking spaces to the nearby Venne building.
It says the idea for the sale came from Alberta Infrastructure , and included with its statement a bid from a private property developer.
