Doug Ford kicked off his election campaign in Windsor West wearing a ball cap emblazoned with the catch phrase: “Canada Is Not For Sale” The test now is whether the dicey geopolitical climate will capture the attention of voters and potentially send more to the polls on Feb. 27 .
