No props are required for this practice and it's probably best suited for intermediate to intermediate level students.

Inhale squats, exhale, straighten the legs and fold three more, twice more, pushing the knees out.

We're going to alternate from Ragdoll into Malasana , our squat pose.

Facing dog, you might need to readjust your stance a little bit with your legs and feet.

Inhale , lift up and exhale. Lower down with control twice more up to Demi point. Exhale to release and fold. Stretch out really long here and we'll take our flow.

Head to knee pose. If this hurts your knee, please leave it out. Just do the traditional variation of head to knee.
