In August 2023 , Conrad was named as a defendant in his fifth case.
Jin was a target in B.C. ’s biggest money laundering probe, called E-Pirate .
He and his wife allegedly brought suitcases, boxes and bags filled with illicit cash to underground bank.
Yet he has not faced criminal charges after two major police investigations over the past decade .
