Windsor Police Service has arrested a 54-year-old man and is seeking three others in connection with a series of commercial break-ins across the city.
The suspects used a vehicle to ram into businesses but made no attempts to enter or steal items, according to police.
The same vehicle was used in a break-in at a business in the 1400 block of Walker Road , where four suspects forced entry with a crowbar to steal cannabis products.
Police found $ 3,000 worth of cannabis products and the crowbar used in the crimes.
