Metro Council President Lynn Peterson outlined her priorities for a ballot measure that would overhaul a tax on high-income earners passed by voters in 2020 .
The Supportive Housing Services tax requires individuals who make at least $125,000 and couples making $ 200,000 or more to pay 1% on all income.
