Starting Wednesday , the U.K. will require travelers from more than three dozen other countries to have an electronic travel authorization.
Babies and children also need to have the authorization to enter.
The application costs 10 ( about $12.50 ) to apply, and it's good for two years and for visits of up to six months .
Applicants will have to upload photos of their passport and of themselves to apply.
You do not need an ETA if you have a visa and are authorized to live, work or study in the UK .
