Alberta Premier Danielle Smith promised a tax cut for all Albertans in 2026 .
The tax cut would be $ 760 a person, more than $1,500 a family.
Smith: "Albertans have to be satisfied that we might go into deficit,” “If Albertans are prepared to run deficits to get tax cut then that’s what we’re going to balance”.
At the recent UCP gabfest, 91.5 per cent of party members supported Smith .
Party members voted for the tax cut and lowering the highest personal income bracket back to 10 per cent .
Seems pretty clear to me. She will have huge cuts to the services Albertans need and she's going to run a massive deficit.
