Police say he fled an attempted traffic stop along Anderson Road minutes after fleeing a red light at Macleod Trail , colliding with a Toyota 4Runner and a 2009 Pontiac Vibe .
Victoria Reitmeier-Desjardins , the youngest passenger in the Pontiac , later died of her injuries.
Her older sister, 12-year-old Madison , remains in critical condition in hospital.
