Calgary 's point man on the Green Line says mega-projects need to be well thought out and planned from the beginning.

There seemed to be frustration this humble scribbler wrote about the new alignment for the Green Line the same morning a working group, including Gondek and a couple of councillors, were getting filled in on what was what. “Did the province let the working group know that Rick Bell would be informing the public of what you were just learning about?” asked a visibly upset Gian-Carlo Carra , the councillor known by many of you.
