Emo Township mayor Harold McQuaker had his bank account garnisheed for $ 5,000 to be paid to Borderland Pride who won a Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario (HRTO) ruling against him.

The 76-year-old mayor has not got any public backing from any other elected officials in Canada .
