Toronto Cat Rescue is gearing up for Giving Tuesday on Dec. 3 with its largest fundraiser of the year .
To mark the occasion, TCR will be saving 150 homeless and at-risk cats.
The felines will be collected from rural and First Nation shelter partners across Ontario .
