President-elect Donald Trump has made a flurry of picks for his cabinet and other high-ranking administration positions following his Nov. 5 election victory.

Howard Lutnick is the co-chair of Trump 's transition effort and the longtime chief executive of financial services firm Cantor Fitzgerald .
