Residents living on Fern Meadow in Wrexham have been plagued by issues including unfinished roads and pavements, flooding, and loose sockets and holes in their ceilings.

Anwyl Homes said health and safety advice was given to home buyers while Bellway Homes said it was in "regular communication with affected residents" Council said developers were responsible until it was completed to a satisfactory standard.

Mr Cooper added: "Developers are just management companies who sub-contract the work out," he said. He added that buyers were at the mercy of who was doing the work, saying: "You might have the best tradesman working on your build or the worst. "Developers are selling the perfect dream. But they are not construction companies, they are just sales companies.".
