•Court upholds Fernández de Kirchner’s graft conviction, sentence

Former president Cristina Fernández de Kirchner was found guilty of corruption in the awarding of public works projects during her presidency.
The 71-year-old will not serve any jail time until the conviction is deemed final when she is eligible for house arrest.
She can still appeal her conviction for "fraudulent administration" to the Supreme Court .
