•Montreal dockworkers reject deal with lockout set to begin

A spokesman for the Canadian Union of Public Employees says members voted 99.7% to reject the latest offer.
The employer has called the deal its “final, comprehensive offer” Workers will now be locked out at the country’s two largest ports.
