Democratic Commissioner of Accounts Dillon Moran says there will be no special election to replace Commissioner of Public Works.

Jason Golub left in August to become the counsel and deputy commissioner for the state Department of Corrections and Community Supervision .

Since there is no agreement between commissioners at the Saratoga County Board of Elections , the vacancy will be filled through the end of 2025 by former Deputy Mayor Hank Kuczynski .
