Toyota and it's luxury arm, Lexus , continue to feature at the top of JD Powers Vehicle Dependability Study , with Toyota right behind it in 2024 .
Lexus tops the study with a strong 82/100 for reliability with JD Power , while it gets 4.3/5 stars on Kelley Blue Book .
Toyota 's Avalon was treated to re-tuned suspension and a sports exhaust that helped to bring more depth to the V6s addicting engine note.
Only ten complaints about the 2021 Avalon have been recorded by the NHTSA .
The Tundra has also clocked up a total of 17 complaints from owners so far.
Most were related to airbags and the electrical system, while the three engine problems all differed in nature.
Toyota has two recalls against the Tundras, with around 22,500 vehicles suffering from a faulty power steering gear assembly.
