65% Informative
Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow was looking for a receiver in the end zone in the first half of Thursday night 's game against the Ravens .
Brandon Stephens baited the Bengals quarterback and then got in front of the pass for what appeared to be an interception.
After the officials reviewed the play it was ruled an incomplete pass since Stephens didn't get two feet down inbounds.
Football fans were not happy with the decision and argued it should have counted for a catch.
