A forensic psychiatrist who testified in court Tuesday said Cuneen was experiencing psychosis due to schizoaffective disorder when he forcefully pushed Xiaoxia Wang , 89 , from behind.
Assistant Crown attorney Meghan Scott and defence counsel urged Justice Rita Maxwell to accept the diagnosis of the psychiatrist.
