American social media influencer says he was paid $ 100 to post fake video of Haitian immigrants claiming to vote in the US presidential election.
Simeon Boikov , a Russian propagandist podcaster known online as “ AussieCossack ,” offered him $ 100 for the video, he said.
Documents show he is registered foreign agent for Russia in Australia , where he works for Russian state media.
AlphaFox deleted the post after speaking with CNN .
He also admitted he was paid to post content that targeted Harris and Emhoff .
The US intelligence community has determined that the claim originated as a Russian influence operation.
