Mass production of genetically selected humans: inside a Pennsylvania pronatalist candidate’s fantasy city-state

Simone and Malcolm Collins are among the most high-profile proponents of the pronatalist cause.

They are part of a movement they call the “new right” and bills itself as pragmatic, family-oriented and anti-bureaucratic.

The couple say their ideas were meant to be experimental and fit for a city-state, not a democracy.

The Collinses often describe their pronatalist agenda in humanitarian terms.

But in recordings made by Hope Not Hate, Malcolm describes their agenda as being principally designed to transform the current socioeconomic elite into a future biological elite.

Malcolm said he and his wife are working to create a network of other pronatalists families with whom their children can go to summer camp, grow up alongside “knowing this isn’t weird, what we’re doing”.

Simone and Malcolm Collins say they are pro-gun and pro-choice.

They are excited about billionaire Elon Musk’s involvement in the Trump campaign.

Musk is reportedly a father of “at least” 11 children, according to a recent New York Times report.

The couple is an unabashed advocate for IVF and embryo selection based on intelligence.
