On the economy: "I think we have both good news and worse news from Europe " On rate cuts: "The direction is clear. We are continuing the rate-cutting cycle. The speed and scale of rate cuts depends on the incoming data," he says.
"I'm completely open to any discussion in December . Personally, I don't know what the decision will be".
