Australian mining firm GreenX Metals has won two international arbitration cases against Poland .
Tribunal found Poland breached international treaties by blocking the development of two coal mines the firm wanted to establish in Poland .
Poland 's general counsel’s office said it was “analysing further steps” GreenX has now won its arbitration case in relation to one of the planned mines.
The GreenX's shares rose by more than 20% on Tuesday after the ruling.
Since then, the company, which is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange , has lost most of its gains.
“It highlights that there is successful recourse against resource nationalism no matter where it takes place, even in a developed European economy like Poland ,” he said.
