A false claim that it shows cells used by the Pakistan army to torture ethnic minority groups has been shared with a false post.

The post, which was shared more than 2,000 times, shows what appear to be frail inmates cramped into tiny prison cells with their ankles tied to iron rods.

But the footage in fact shows dummies of prisoners at a war memorial in Vietnam .

Vietnamese officials told AFP the footage was filmed at the French Tiger Cages on the southeastern island of Con Dao .
