A joint study has shown that stress levels of students working with chemical formulas are significantly reduced if they are given simple tips on how to deal with these formulas.

The research was led by biology didactics expert Dr. Nina Minkley from Ruhr University Bochum , Germany .

She and her team had 136 high school students take a test with and without tips.
